খুব সহজেই বানিয়ে ফেলুন'সাদা চমচম'

Can you imagine any festival without sweets? Rasgolla, Chamcham, Kalojam, how many other sweets are there? When we talk about chom chom, images of golden sweets come to mind. This delicious dessert can also be made plain.


Whatever is needed


1 cup chickpeas, 1/2 teaspoon semolina, 1½ teaspoon flour, 1 pinch baking powder, 1 teaspoon cooking oil, 1½ teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 pinch cardamom powder

Sugar one and a half cups, water five and a half cups, cardamom 3/4 cup, hot water 3-4 cups


Method


Beat the chickpeas well with your palms. Mix semolina, flour, sugar and baking powder one by one. Add oil again when mixed well.




Add sugar, water and cardamom to the bone. Make sweets from the syrup. Divide the chickpeas into 10/12 and make into desired shapes. After the syrup boils a few times, reduce the heat and add the sugar to the syrup. Never leave sweets in boiling syrup.




After adding the sweet to the Sira, reduce the heat of the stove to medium. Do not cover at this time. Wait until the sweets float to the top. Then cover with a lid for twenty minutes.




Boil 2-3 cups of water in a pot on another stove. After twenty minutes open the lid and turn the sweets over. Now pour half a cup of hot water around the pot and pour in the syrup. Cover again with a lid for twenty minutes. Then open the lid and pour half a cup of hot water in the same way and turn the sweets again.






Repeat the same procedure two more times. Burn for a total of 1 hour 20 minutes. Finally, if the syrup seems thick, add a cup of hot water. Do not invert the dessert at the end. Because this candy is so fluffy it might break.




Remove the candy and wait until it cools down. But do not refrigerate. When cool, wrap in mawa and serve juicy and fluffy. Don't forget to keep this dessert for entertaining guests.
